My homie made one very similiar a couple years ago, he sells the 450 for $5 and the 600 and 700 class size for 15. Very useful tool!

This can be easily made by anyone. All it is is a 1 1/4" square aluminum tube cut to about 1/4" in length and a section of sidewall removed. Then a hole is drilled and possibly tapped. Should be able to make one any size.

Ooh Good question, he used to fly a rappy before, Im sure he devised a flybar lock for that as well. I will ask and get back to you on that.
