I live right next to Allegheny Industrial District. It's not what it used to be but, I do hear/see them loading and unloading railcars at one manufacturing plant. They also have a spur line to my plant as well. I still wish they used it.

@fhqwgads2 B&LE didn't own any SD40-2's. They had SD38's, SD38AC's, and SD38-2's. These are all SD38 models. They are where built on a SD40 & SD40-2 frames, non-turbocharged 2000 hp... The difference between the external looks between the SD440 & SD40-2, was the grills, and the 40-2 had longer porches front and rear...
