In this video I'll show a couple of basic beginner exercises. They are great to build strenght and get you a strong and tight core. Train your abdominals 3 times a week with resting days in between! Make sure you get enough variation in the exercises. Also watch my other abdominal routines! Use these exercises at your own risk! If you follow the instructions the chance of getting injured is very small! Watch my other videos as well and let me know if you have any ideas for new videos!

Oh hey! Have you thought about - fast abs magic (just google it)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my buddy got detailed Six pack abs and lost crazy amounts of weight with it.

@darkolenko Not heard about it, but probably just like every 'amazing abs product'. It doesn't work that easily, it's always hard to get sixpack abs. Don't think it is something you can achieve in just 1 month of training, without proper nutrition or workout schedule.
