  • Too fast? He's playing about 1/2 note = 40, slower than Siloti's 1/2 note = 50.

    Not emotive? Perhaps what you call "unqualized" is actually an expressive rubato. LOL

    "Mathematical and unequalized"? How is that possible?

    The original prelude by Bach, BWV 855A, is better than Solti's transcription. And Bach's BWV 855, which is his own transcription of BWV 855A, makes you forget Solti altogether.

  • Too fast, not emotive, mathematical, unequalized. I dont like it so much...

    The feeling that he gives is not the one I expect in this piece.
