you go girl! just watching your video reminds me of me when i started at 227 and for a while i could not get down. when you can lose weight even when all the problems in life arrise that is when you can honestly say i can do this. congrats on your 3.2 lbs lost. i will be rooting for you to be onderland by 2010. that is my goal also.
