[Tutorial] 3 Ring Flat Front Reverse!

This one is for Sondre, since I never got to teach him the move at WJF5.

So this is one of my favorite moves with rings, actually, it IS my favorite move with rings. I practice it almost as much as I practice my basic ring patterns. So I figured I'd show others how to do it, because a lot of people seem to have trouble understanding how this move works.

I think the 180 degree turn would look awesome with double sided rings.

The 180 turns are great for color switches other than that they really aren't that great

I use those method of turning them 180 degrees the catch bottem is to fast and the catch top hurts.

my rev flats with rings are so ugly. I have been practicing it a lot lately because I would like to learn it with 5 rings pretty soon.

how do you actually release the rings? like arm/hand movement before and during the release... thanks otherwise
