The point is refueling, tire changes and suspension/wing adjustments are usually done in 7 seconds or less...the total track time a great pit stop causes a car to lose is 18 seconds taking into account the slow down and acceleration in the pit lane...the Fat Boys who work on Smashcar, I mean Nascar....I don't think they would be able to get it done as efficiently.
