It won't mess your engine, it just does not run as good as it can. Needs a PC to fix the problem. The bike has excess fuel and is not burning properly.

mine pops all the time with a PC3. Usually the PAIR valve mods will eliminate it.

ive got an 06 r6 with a full akrapovic full system and pc3, etc. & my does the same thing just my flames not as long as yours
