  • I emptied out one of my mouthwash bottles, and gave the crest whitening stuff to my parents in a hydrogen peroxide bottle.

Then I mixed in equal portion of hydrogen peroxide, therabreath ( and water. That way I just have to mix it up and pour out amount in cap of mouthwash. Would be cool if they came out with a Tom's of Maine with baking soda and seasalt.

Ever think of making something similar or trying to make both into products, like 4HW Timothy Ferriss style?

  • Nice. Hm, havent considered it serioulsy, have so much other stuff on my plate like the convention/blog/book. Maybe some day.

  • This is good stuff, been doing it for about a week and my teeth are white as fuck, btw this is Jens from the forum

  • awesome man, stick with it, dont overdo it, and let me know how it goes!

  • how many times a week have you been doing it? ive been doing it just once a day for about a week, i skipped a day though on saturday i think

  • I do it about once a day, occasionally skipping a day (out of town, forget, etc).

Occasionally being defined as once or twice a month. I never do this twice in the same day.

  • @polishfreak36 So you have hair on your shoulders aswell? Interresting!

  • @VIPaki1 He has hair on his shoulders because he's a man who went through puberty. Don't worry, you'll go through it soon.

  • Using peroxide too often makes your gums receed faster and salt and baking soda scratch your gums and invite bacteria into the scratches. Flouride is in toothpaste because it prevents cavities.

    You should check your facts.

  • What about if you have sensitive teeth and need to use a toothpaste that helps deal with sensitivity, I'd prefer not to use fluoride though.

  • Is that hair on his shoulders?

  • you're hottt!! :)
