wow truthfully i think it takes the child out of it it kind of makes it like a weird biography of some sort it doesnt look like a show i would wanna watch as a child the ppl kind of sound scary with the echoes and what not....

Glad I stumbled upon this! I own a 16mm used (library) print of the show. And liked the use of the frames of film slowly moving by and the voices of the adults echoing the lyrics. Very artistic! These are 4 of the original childen from the opening merry-go-round?? Wow, it would be cool to hear them talk about their experience shooting it that day in the park, and show who was who!

yeah...a couple video curators invited various artist to do something with each track of the original album/tv special. They sent me some of the original films. The show has been screening in various cities...NYC, Boston, Chicago. It's coming to Berkeley in Jan.
