Awesome sled! Nice can too, not too loud but a nice sound. I ride the hill too and my 09 x has electric start.. To all you haters it's awesome! Hitting a button to start up the sled is so nice. Has nothing to do with being able to pull a sled over ive done it for years. That's like saying real men drive cars without power steering...! Yeah u dpnt need it but it makes life easier!

enough*

wow i wish i was cool enoug to bitch at people for how THEY have THEIR sled set up. aha
-
@scubadude08 im from pulaski, love the hill!!!
-
I'd like to see the dyno results saying you lost no power.
-
sounds stock theres nothin special about that, i really dont think it sounds good at all to be honest , i took the baffles out of my stock can on my 06 600 and it sounds better then that it at least frapsss
-
i have the same can on my 500ss great can
-
Fuck I hate electric start! So much more heavier and more wiring to worry about, just more problems to occur. If you can`t pull over a sled don`t buy one
-
@scubadude08 Got the same sled no electric start thing weighs 50lbs less
-
thanks for the quick response that sounds awesome actually! though im not sure if my can is a "high volume" can or not. i purchased it out of a high performance engineering magazine i got in the mail. it just said dynoport silencer. so im thinking after i get some miles on her shel open up a bit. thanks again man.
-
i think i bought the same can, but in the description mine didnt say big volume can. And mine is very very quiet once i put it on. I havent gotten any miles on the can yet, but so far im disappointed with the sound. Im interested to hear how yours sounds after a few miles. Because im debating just getting rid of it right away.
-
this sounds exactly like mine but i have an ultra q silencer
-
post a new sound cllip of it warn out please
-
Soooooo friggin true, e- start is for pussies and old men
-
Nope just slap it on. I had no powerloss at all, I have around 3kmi on it and runs strong sled has no problem seeing 120mph on the wishometer. I can't say enough good about dynoport...
-
Did you have to do anything else with the engine too put that thing in there?. Or did you just put it on and it was fine like that?
-
nice sled dude
-
same can on same sled here it was almost to quiet in the begining.. now i have 1400 miles on it she really barks!
-
Its not even close to stock, Now that the packing is broken in the can sounds completely different , will post another vid . As far as a pull start i bought a 12k+ sled im going to get the electric start. whats another $300 ...
You can give Rich a call, im sure he wouldnt mind showing you. Fyi I gained 1mph to my top end. You may not find any powerless on your sled because yours is barely making 100hp.

The can was right out of the box in this clip, its a different animal now that it has miles on it. You took the baffles out? How much of a power loss? My can has no powerloss dyno proven.

Don't worry, you will grow up one day, Smarter not harder. - I ride tug hill all winter, anytime you want to stare at a tail light let me know.

Really man? "So much more heavier" I'm sure I can handle 23 extra pounds. As far as wiring on the sled is concerned, its a 2011 not a 20 year old sled, My 1981 yamaha has electric start and no problems with that one. Neither did my 07, 5k on it. So really, I'm not to worried. Second note I have a warranty, I don't pay for it. Now to this part, "If you can`t pull over a sled don`t buy one" come on man, I spent 12k+ on a sled, I don't feel like having to pull it over.
