http://www.pbs.org/wrenchturns Start your engines! PBS is bringing Tom and Ray Magliozzi, of "Car Talk," to TV with the new series CLICK & CLACK'S AS THE WRENCH TURNS. The animated sitcom, based on the hit NPR radio show, premieres Wednesday, July 9, 2008, 8:00-9:00 p.m. ET (check local listings).

This animated sitcom takes off from the hit NPR show "Car Talk" and follows the on- and off-air escapades of Click and Clack, the Tappet brothers (alter-egos of "Car Talk's" Tom and Ray Magliozzi), as they try to fix cars, fend off disgruntled customers and seek out increasingly creative ways to goof off.

In the premiere episode, airing July 9, 2008, 8 p.m. ET (check local listings), Click and Clack run as the first-ever two-man candidate for U.S. president, hoping not to win but to use the excess campaign funds to save their sinking network. For more, visit http://www.pbs.org/wrenchturns

Car Talk as a cartoon... very cool. Looks like it moves well and that it's probably going to be very funny. Faces made for radio? They look pretty good as cartoon characters.

i just saw the Abercrombie & Wrench episode at 3:30 am on channel 50.1 (i dont have cable), its was funny as hell, cant wait 2 c the other episodes! And i cant belive PBS is so cool as to make a hilarious cartoon without any educational value whatsoever! Its like their own version of Adult Swim! Some one should post full episodes here on youtube! And she sholdve been running for president insted of Click and Clack!
