The survivalists would not be able to fight off hungry masses running into the countryside looking for food should the recession turn into the huge depression. Soros has just spoken of the turnaround in the global markets, things ought to make a better swing. But I am interested in the idea of survival should the markets not recover, just perhaps not in the way being spoken about here.
