Half-Life 2 Episode 3 Code Discovered - Rumor Has It

What's up gamers and welcome back to Clevver Games. I'm your host Andrea Rene here and rumor has it Half-Life Episode 3 is in the works. Alright so clearly that announcement would be amazeballs but it hasn't happened yet. What has happened is a leak, a big leak. A beta tester for DOTA 2 from Valve leaked the entire game client online.

Whoopsy! So of course the code has been picked clean and some gems were found. Placeholder that Valve using for the spell icons, one phrase every single hero has in common, and every single back story of every hero are just a few from Dota 2. But some other files refer to weapon information for something called ep3 or possible an abbreviation for Episode 3. There are references to an icegun, a flamethrower and something called the weaponizer with liquid, metal, and concrete modifiers. Hmmm wonder what it could be.

Half-Life 2 originally came out back in 2004 with Episode 1 and Episode 2 to follow a few years later. But not since 2007 have we seen anything related to a possible Episode 3 or even a Half-Life 3. Considered one of the most influential first person shooters ever, the Half-life series has legions of fans all crying for Valve to breathe life back into the series.

But considering how they are in full swing development with Dota 2 and now Counter-Strike Global Offensive, who knows if a Half-Life announcement is happening any time soon. What do you guys think? ive been a fan of valve for a while, but mostly for half life, im 15 and i watched my older brother play the game on the original xbox when i was about 7 or 8 and he bought it on the pc later and he let me keep it when he moved out. and ever since ive absolutely loved the game. im going to be checking everyday for the release date of HL. EP.3, THUMBS UP IF YOUR DOING THE SAME!!! (:
