LOL. I felt this EXACT SAME WAY after the opening ceremony. I mean, I LOVE starkid, but to have everyone just STARING AT US awkwardly as we stood and up and belted the weapon, and they had NO FREAKING CLUE what it was...yet they all knew starkid? That was the most aggravating thing EVER.

This is beyond mean. My entering the HP fandom coincided with the release of AVPM so, yeah, I know those songs better than the Harry and the Potters songs. Also, by the time I entered the fandom, there were several dozen Harry and the Potters songs out (not to mentions hundreds of songs by other wrock bands) and there is no guide for the beginner HP fan for which songs we're SUPPOSED to know. The HP community prides itself on acceptance and this guy's isolating all the new fans. Good job.

I feel the same way. Then at the ball when we tried to make the Dumbledore circle and people were just like "Why are you putting your arm around me? I don't know you." It's love, fool! Like Dumbledore (not Rumbleraor) taught us.
