The thing is Joran goes to get coffee ,comes back and goes in room and see something that he wasn`t expecting! he then steps back into the hall with the coffee still in his hands! He is trying to figure out what is going on and thats why he is looking so confused! if he had killed that girl before he went to get coffee he would have NEVER came back to that hotel!!!
