The Buckhorn Exchange was opened in 1893 by Henry Zeits, who'd been a scout for Buffalo Bill Cody. It's been a Denver favorite ever since it was opened, featuring an extensive collection of stuffed animals that Henry himself got on his many hunts. The bar is upstairs and serves a cocktail called the Buffalo Bill--apple juice and bourbon. They also serve gourmet food including Rocky Mountain Oysters!
