Julianne Baird has always held a special place in my heart, ever since I heard her sing John Dowland. Thanks so much for posting this wonderful piece by Rossi! Baird is a treasure. I love the fact that she specialized in 'early' music also; it has a simplicity and poetic beauty unsurpassed even today. Thanks again.
