Visual Effects to be disabled:

Fade or slide menus into view
Fade or slide ToolTips into view
Fade out menu items after click
Show window contents while dragging
Slide open combo boxes
Slide taskbar buttons
Use a background image for each folder type
Use common tasks in folder

Well now I have them but the problem is it changes the taskbar to gay looking one :'(

it organises files on your harddrive.

Imagine a pile of bricks are the files on your harddrive. With the bricks pile on top of each other with no structure it takes up more room. If they are stacked neatly to create a wall it takes up less room and there are no gaps between bricks.
