This video is my response to a YouTube viewer who is looking for help in creating an Accounts Payable Status Summary Report.

The key concepts and funtions that I used are:
The ISBLANK Function as a Logical Test in one IF Formula
Nesting one IF Function inside another IF Function
The SUMIF Fuction to total Invoice Amounts by Label: Paid, Pay Now, Delay.

When you visit my website - www.thecompanyrocks.com - you will be able to click on a link to download the Excel Workbook that I used in this video tutorial.

Thanks for your comment. In order to set this up, you will probably need to learn a few new Excel functions and formats. Once you learn them, you will be amazed at how handy they are for performing a wide range of calculations.

Of course, if you prefer, you could use a commercial accounting program such as QuickBooks which will produce this type of report for you.

    Thanks again for commenting.
