Yup - it sparked world wide interest but in Montana it IS legal. :) If you Google "Montana riding horse drunk" you'll find all sorts of references to the commercial.

the cowboy and I ride our hores to town and tie em up outside the bar have a few drinks than head out. it is sooo funny to see the way people look at us when we ride in town!lol
