Okay, you started this well, but by the time you started mentioning the Huntress, you just went down hill. Have you read a Batman comic since the '80s? The Huntress has already been given a completely redone (and well-written) history. She is a child of the Bertinelli crime family who is kidnapped and raped by a rival to the family as a child. She is sent to a school in Italy, not returning to Gotham until she is 17. She returns for a wedding and finds herself the only surviving witness...

I think both the riddler and catwoman would be good, rather than cat woman and the penguin, maybe even the penguin and the irrdler, not another penguin and cat woman though, those two characters arnt anything alike (despite the fact they both copy of animals) the Penguin could be like a drug dealer and the riddler should be a guy who sells guns. If johny depp played the riddler someone like nicholas cage could be the penguin (unusual i know:P but they should make the penguin more human-like:P)
