@electronichell In the book of Matthew Jesus said, "But I tell you: Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you." Matthew 5:44 and in 1 Corinthians 16:14 Paul wrote "Do everything in love." you can argue the whether or not the bible is fallible or not but it does not tell us to "hate" anyone but to love...

@electronichell I think you are talking about Religion vs faith. Religion is often used as a weapon, but faith comes through a combination of hope and love, things which can't be made into a weapon. Faith finds grace / God / inspiration in many things, music included. The Beloved's song is beautiful. Its about love. it was about his wife. But it works on so many levels. This is a great version, but I prefer the original.
