Photographs of Mario Lanza were taken from his films, notably "The Great Caruso". TCM, Turner Classic Movies, has his movies for sale.

According to http://www.carols.org.uk/the_first_noe1.htm , "The First Noel is of unknown origin but is generally thought to be sixteenth century English".

    Thank you so much for your comment. It is always wonderful to hear from Mario's fans.

    He passed away over 50 years ago, but his "glorious" voice lives on for those of us who heard him sing in person, on the radio, on TV, in his movies or on records and now for younger generations which can become acquainted with him through such venues as YouTube.

    We fans over 60 have great personal memories of Mario. We are very fortunate indeed. He was taken from us too soon. May he rest in peace among the angels.
