I was from KC and these guys are one of the legendary midwest bands...along with Blind Idiot God from St Louis, and Power of The Spoken Word from Nebraska

yeah, I used to put on shows at the outhouse as wiggy productions and with the 1008 house as 1008 productions. I alos put on shows in KC at the Foolkiller, VFW, The Space and City on Motion.... It's amazing how big Drunks with Guns got... Saw Ultraman when they played KC and Lawrence in the 80s then saw them at Record bar when I was back in KC for Greaserama in 2009. I'll be back there in Early November for the Outhouse interviews and will prob see Ultraman when they play again...

Blind Idiot God, worthy of worship! It's really cool that you know about these St. Louis bands! If you go to my videos and watch the slide show of the St. Louis punk scene, you can see many of the members. If you hung out at the Outhouse in Lawrence in the 80s or 90s, you will recognize some of the St. Louis folks from Ultraman!
