    'He cannot be inactive in their life because they do not believe in him, so how can he be inactive.' You might want to read that sentence back to yourself. What you're arguing is that not believing in something is the same as believing in something, because the fact that there is a word for that thing implies that it exists. I don't believe in ghosts, but the word 'ghost' does not imply that ghosts must exist. I can use the phrase 'Intelligent Baptist', but it doesn't mean that there are any.
