  • It makes me sad to see what SF has come to these days. And not just SF, the world as well. From the happy place where nothing but good spirit and music ruled the streets now we have some S/M freaks and fudge packers (My God we should love each other. but not the same sex please) parading and ruining the image of the city. I never lived in the 60's but from what I see on YT it was way better back then. When scientists build the Time Machine I will fly back and enjoy the Summer of Love

  • That's not Eric. That's the same song and music...but it's not Erics voice.

  • @saharra22469 It is his voice, check that album of his- the name is on the cover!

  • @TheBonelessSausage THAT IS SOOOO NOT TRUE. BORN AND RAISED THERE. STILL HAVE FRIENDS/FAMILY THERE AND THEY ARE NONE OF THE THINGS YOU DESCRIBE. I, DO, HOWEVER, RESPECT YOUR RIGHT TO VOICE YOUR OPINION.

  • @GagicantDie2 , Bless you I lived thru that period while growing up in the 60,s and yes they were simpler times great music, cant compare to what we have today , but we had our problems too, it wasnt peachy and rosey as you think . but one thing music was abundant as the bands that play them . I remember the greatest rock concert of all time 42 years ago " Woodstock" took place in upstate NY .

I was born and raised in San Francisco in the 60's. It was great, but It wasn't all roses then either. I love the city to this day, but don't get to go back as often as I'd like. Don't wait for the time machine. It's still a great place to visit.

  • Dedicate this to the students of UC Davis. Old cop, young cop, feel uptight on a warm UC Davis night.... the children are cool, they don't raise fools, it's the American Dream. Includes Indians, too.

  • What's the lead guitarist's name? I think he mastered the sitar as well. This and the more-heard version have some of the most beautiful guitar work I've heard.

  • @GagicantDie2 Uh thanks for sharing

  • I miss those warm summer nights most of all.....

  • I miss those warm nights most of all.

  • This so closely captures the Haight in the Summer of Love.
