  • I love how crystal clear his vibrato and articulation are.

  • He's a guideline of how to do it perfectly

  • If you get the chance, you should also listen to the other songs from New Concert Studies, they are really great!

  • fabuloso

  • Never thought this instrument could make such beautiful sounds.

I think that every instrument is beautiful if it is played well, but some instruments have to be played very very very well to be beautiful. Well that's my opinion. :)

  • beautiful...........just beautiful

  • The horn is a Besson Prestige and mouthpiece is a Denis Wick SM model

  • Steven mead is without equal by quite a margin of all that I have heard not only for euphonium but by any standards.

Even so he still seems to have invested in the best looking euphonium that I have ever seen which shows a really humble attitude. What make and model is this amazing instrument and what kind of mouthpiece does he use. tubatenorsax

  • this is what Euphonium SHOULD sound like!

  • this guy's articulation and tone are AMAZING
