Brilliant live, i saw them twice. Marriott was incredible, best white soul singer coming out of England at the time, bar none.Him and Pete were great together. I saw somewhere that Frampton was trying to reunite them when Steve died. Too bad.

@Alpha7xxx Yes balls is definitely required and is sadly and noticeably
missing. Now they sound like boys, back then it was seriously manly.
Hee..Hee..

I do agree with your comment.
No, there's no white frontman ever who could perform like him. RIP Steve.

Thanks for the post!

Steve Marriott was so great, that when he left The Faces, it took BOTH Rod Stewart AND Ron Wood to replace him.

Every musician in this band was amazing. Every riff - every lick in this song is so gutsy. They feel it. I feel it.
Hey Coldplay: grow some balls- this is called Rock 'n' Roll.
Can a white man sing more soulfully than any black singer?
Listen to Steve Marriott.
There's your answer.

Found the Fillmore livein the 80's by accident. Did not know much of the band. One of the best live albums ever.
