Thank You Sir one problem fixed, hey would you be able to tell me why when I go editCSS/Background Image and pick the same Image I made for it in FIreworks, the image comes out cut, and with the bottom half on top?

I don't have "Edit Rule" for body can U help????

In the bottom left corner, in the Properties toolbar, you should see two options - HTML and CSS. Make sure you click on "body", then CSS to display the edit rule button. If HTML is selected you won't see the button.
If that's not the problem, you might have to create a div container before you see that option.

The bottom half of my background image is still cut off. Any ideas how to have the whole thing?

@stekkingerj Try changing your background position Y from "top" to "center." That will keep your image centered from top to bottom. If you want the image to resize with the browser, I don't know how to do that. Sorry.
