Base Jumping off Halfdome in Wingsuit!

The jump occurred around 6:30 am right after the sunrise, I happened to catch these two men jumping off Half Dome as I was walking around the top. It's pretty unbelievable and made my trip that much more amazing.

@OlDoinyo It's not like he just pulled his camera out at the exact instant that those guys jumped.
He had plenty of time and was taping them for a while before they jumped.
I don't think it's too much to expect someone to at least keep their camera on the object that they're taking video of.
So, the dissing of the cameraman is deserved.

@brainfillet it's illegal everywhere except if it is a private owned structure (antenna or bulding, and you are permitted) there is one day a year tho they let us jump in WV. BRIDGE DAY!!!!

Smoking crack is also illegal but that doesnt people from doing it...Wingsuit flying, and Jumping in general is an awesome sport! Those two are legends in my eyes =)

THAT was amazing footage of the type of dirt you find in that part of the world. Some of the best things in the world have happened on just that same type of dirt, and rock. Too often, we do not see the ground close up like that. I know for myself, I now look down more often.
