Some automatic doors at the Mount Moon facility.
The tiny delay between double doors opening is caused because one door requires an inverse signal to open. The extra inverter introduces a delay of 1 tick. It's actually possible to eliminate this delay using a glitch:

awsome! love the vault, when SMP is better and theres pvp and actuall mobs then that will be very useful if you want to hold diamond picks. maybe you could make like an alarm system. when you step on the switch it makes all the doors in the base open and close alerting you to somone getting into your vault!
