At the time (2001), she wasn't going to be charged because she lied to the police, saying he shot himself.
As a result of this call (in 2006), SHE GOT CAUGHT around August 2008. But they dropped the charges a few months later after that because the body was cremated in 2006, not too long before this call.
So she's never gonna be charged for anything.
