I am sure you're not the only African American who believes this, there are many men I know who say these things, but I think many of them don't speak out against mainstream trends..

Thank You, your video is on point. I especially like what you said about "us getting to know our hair." I found this to be true in my case over the years since I went natural. But first I had to transition mentally (and am still doing so on many levels) where I truly began to LOVE and UNDERSTAND my hair and its uniqueness. I found that my hair requires very little products to maintain it (all of which are hand made & mostly organic). Therefore, I am no longer a product junkie/product slave.
