@budub its called '2' from a bootleg recording of a performance by the ballet group La La La Human Steps, Kevin Shields did the live score for.
I'm pretty sure the other stuff isn't uploaded by anyone because I'm not having any success in finding any more Kevin Shields recordings anywhere.

It's "2", which was used for a LaLa Human Steps dance production in 1995. It's not available commercially anywhere, and was actually credited to Kevin Shields (not MBV).
