  • @catnipncheese I finally figured this out. DO NOT LOOK AT THE HANDS. It's all in the leg muscles. Just think of your legs doing all the work. Just "catch" and bounce on your legs. It will automatically happen. Try it. I'm an engineer, so I'm always trying to understand power transfer in sports(..cuz I suck at sports, initially but I figure it out). Often our bodies fail to do what we "see" others do. Coaching from these "natural athletes" does not help. They don't understand us.
