I would love to see how this works with a manual wheelchair. Do you think the straps over your shoulders (like the "walkies" wear them) would interfere with your pushing motion? My chair back is really low, so there's nothing to really attach it to. I'd have to wear it like a walker.

would a person using this not still get wet?!?! their lower half is entirely exposed, not to mention the chair itself
