@labockj - ALL of our beliefs are based on scripture, and we are thankful to Elohim for fulfilling ALL of the prophecies so that we may be assured we are the truth, the light of God. We continue to have hope not only for our salvation, but also for yours. Our prayer is for "you" to be included in His salvation work. I have hope because apostle Paul also persecuted the truth 2000 years ago, yet through God's grace and mercy, he became the great gospel worker.

@AMDU2B Thank you for your love...Yes, your beliefs are based on Scripture, but unfortunately, your elders, teachers, and pastors have twisted scripture. They have convinced you not to rely on Jesus' sacrifice on the cross. They have convinced you that you don't have salvation through Jesus' death. That is unscriptural. Jesus salvation work is COMPLETE since 2000 years ago. All you need to do is repent and trust in Him alone. You will never find salvation through another.

You are absolutely correct, we rely on our Father's sacrifice for the forgiveness of our sins which is why we keep the Passover which He commanded as a memorial of His Love and sacrifice (Luke 22:7,19-20). Not that the bread and wine have any power but because "HE said" by "His word" it is what we should do for the forgiveness of our sins and eternal life (Mat 26:17-19,26-28)(Jn 6:53-54). From that time we are being made holy through the Law of Christ. (Mt 28:19-20)(1Cor 9:21-23) GBY.

I pray for you and hope one day soon you will realize, and be saved. I feel a great desire to meet you and call you "my brother" (Matt 12:46-50). PLEASE, PLEASE! with all your heart and soul continue to study the teachings of our Heavenly Father and Mother. The prophecies and fulfillments. I don't doubt your sincerity to want to know the truth, I don't judge you, but I KNOW, thanks to Elohim that this "is" the truth! * WE-LOVE-YOU, GOD BLESS YOU!

For anyone "new" to the Church of God:

Stay in Zion and all of your questions get answered. Unfortunately some have left before learning the perfect, complete truth (John 14:26, 16:13-16) and are turning others away by their own misunderstanding or "traditional" teachings (Mark 7:6-9) which are contrary to the teachings of Jesus Christ.

Thank God I've been in the truth over 7 years and had I left for some insignificant doubt, I would have missed out on the "full" blessing.

Hello labockj, God Bless You. So as not to carry on this discussion until the day we go home, I'll just say there is "much" to study about the Sabbath Day in the Bible. Our mission is to preach to all, and find those willing to do God's will in these last days. For everyone else we have the same mind to pray for them as our Father did while they crucified Him on the cross. Even though they were wrong and didn't know what they were doing. We are humbled by God's grace and Love, GBU.
