@Saimonelle But there's so much more to it than just paddling out and riding the wave. It's about harnessing nature. Maybe some people just don't get the same feeling from it than I do. But I would strongly suggest trying it again because at some point it'll click and you'll be like woah.. and realize how incredible it is. And surfing in a wave pool is TOTALLY different from surfing in the ocean. That barely counts as surfing. That's like playing put put and calling it going golfing

@Saimonelle That's because what you are doing in this video is NOT surfing. You just look like a total dipshit trying to ride an artificial wave on what appears to be a foam learner's board. I'm glad you didn't like it though, cause we don't need more of you idiots out at the beach dicking around on your foam longboards.

@Saimonelle thats what makes surfing so addictive its something that isnt easily learned, the first time you stand or the first trick or carve you do gives you the biggest dopamine rush ever. its a great experience.

made the same experience dkeagy. Realized that surfing is not the fun the media suggests. Hard to learn, dangerous and the "fun" is very short. Its more swimming than anything else.
