The 39-year-old performed to a sold out crowd at Madison Square Garden Friday night for his Answer to Call concert, which paid tribute to the police officers and firefighters who died on Sept. 11, 2001.The Pledge of Allegiance kicked off the show, and Jay-Z followed with some New York anthems, including Empire State of Mind, with Alicia Keys.Others special guests included Beyonce, Kanye West, John Mayer, Diddy, Mary J. Blige and Rihanna, in her first performance since her February altercation with Chris Brown.
