I have a next door neighbor and they blast there music and unfortunately they like to sing and the daughter sings like someone getting ran over and they sing all night its so annoying

He sounds similar to the loud bitch and her 15 year old cunt of a daughter who moved in above my mom and I this summer. The bitch mother compulsively runs her washer and dryer ALL day. I'm now having fantasies about stuffing the both of them in their dryer together so I can hear them bang around in there for about three days. :o)

salt, you need to grow up. It sounds to me like they're going about their business, and unfortunately you both have wooden floors with no rugs, which would help alleviate the sound.
Why not grow up, and talk with the guy. Perhaps you both negotiate something instead of being a coward and youtubing.

What device(s) did you use to record the noises? I tried to record using my cell phone but it does not pick up such noises very well (actually not at all), ugh.
