I live by Newcastle Nebraska right where they are building these sandbars. You rarely see a bird on them, in fact you see more on sandbars they don't build. They spend millions of dollars on these, you can't go on them, and they completely erode in less than two years. Make sense? Didn't think so......Corps of Engineers need to get the fuck out of our area
