Is this B-Side from the CD version of "Smokers Outside the Hospital Doors"?
Because I have the vinyl of Smokers, but it has the B-Side of a song called "Some kind of Spark",
A great song though :)

There are more versions from Smokers, UK version, US version, European version etc. and some has this as a B-side, others have Some kind of spark and some have both of them. At least this is what I read on the Internet:)
