This video is a collection of clips of my new lifter's latest form on snatch, clean, jerk and front squat. He started with 4 weeks of technique work with the bar and light weight (while continuing his regular strength work), and now is on a more Olympic lifting-centric program, and we're starting to push the weights to achieve his goals.

  • @Mr83wesley Thanks Wes :) It can be tough to suck it up and simply forget about weight increases for a month or 3, but in the long run it really does pay off!

  • mezzie, if i had seen this anywhere else, I wouldn't believe it. Seriously good technique in such a short amount of time. Looking forward to seeing more of this guys progress.
