this man lives at mckinley park! across from 919 vermont @ the circle

every now and then this unfortunate mans violent psycotic episodes spill over from mckinley park out to the front of my house i can t video it evey time but he has lived at mckinley park for a long time, over 3 years.
capt loftus from the police dept has been aware he lives there since april 08 and knows hes been arrested there for drugs and violence .
unfortunatly until some one gets hurt, kidnapped or killed not much is going to change at 919 vermont st
