This is Lucy as you've probably never seen her before! In what may be the prototype for the modern music video, from 1966 this is about Lucy Carmichael (Lucille Ball) getting in with the local "mod" scene in London.

@bettyfelon1 , it's from an hour-long 1966 special called "Lucy in London" and it will be included in the "The Lucy Show" Season Five DVD set that will be released on December 6.

Desilu filmed Lucy in London which showcased Lucille Ball in a 60's "mod" setting. Lucy in real life had a terrific figure and was a former Ziegfield showgirl, and I am glad we got a chance to see this "other" Lucy.

She gave me my First Producing job on LUCY IN LONDON and she did soo many favors for me, she was like a second Mom !! I will always remember her kindness, and thanks for remembering her! David Winters
