I was trying to extend animations by giving them more time, which made the bones continue what they were doing on the last frame of that animation. The bones at the last frame of the idle animation happened to be the exhale movement, where the chest goes forward and the rest of the body goes backward. Also, the arms come closer to the center. If you just follow that frame and repeat it many times on top of itself you get this :P
