I've got a problem too. The router is 311+. Now here is what happens when I turn on the modem (tenda does not have any power button). The normal thing would be that my desktop and laptop automatically gets connected to the net, but they do not. I always have to unplug the tenda so that I can connect. When I do this everything works fine, but it is becoming annoying. Please help if you know what my problem is.

@nikolairge: Try to do a firmware upgrade, I did not face this problem when I had this unit....... sadly I cannot test it now coz it was a review unit and I no longer have the same.

hey i have tenda w311r router,but it is not working properly,when i switched it on only power light gets on ..others light did'nt work ,,plz how can i solve this problem?

@shakeelkhan4196: Try doing a hard-rest unplug the router and hold the reset button for around 30 seconds to do a factory reset and see if it solves the issue.

@joel7054: Yeah should work but I did not test it personally, BTW if looking for a 3G WiFi router I would suggest the Asus RT N13U B1 that I reviewed recetly its a much better router with a lot of more features at the same price point.
