its easy... firsst u introduce it to him in a playful matter. then u show him that it wont hurt you( the owner ) because if ur bird trusts u it will know that it wont hurt u then it wont hurt him/her. so then u try getting them onto it let them have a treat so that they know the train is a good thing. then you could begin by pushing with your finger so they don't get too freaked. and then tie a string and go. giving him/her positive reinforcement

thank you for the kind comment, we have such a strong bond and he will do so
many things for me once you have the bond/trust.He will even ride on my shoulder well I vaccum because of trust.
