Video review of the newly released Shield DAS 6 DA (Dual Action) polisher.
Polish used for this test was a combination of Menzerna PO85 RD3.02 and 106FA on the supplied yellow polishing pad.
Process : Spread polish at speed 1 before bumping the speed to 6. Surface polished at speed 6 until the residue started going clear indicating the polish had properly broken down. Dropped down to speed 3 for the final passes before buffing the residue off.
Overall a very capable machine that is both light weight and easy to use. Very good correction levels were achieved with minimal pressure and no issues from either the pads, machine or polishes.

Looks a lot like the griots garage 6 inch dual action polisher. More than likely made by the same company in china. They just changed the color of the exterior casing.

Good video but darker paint might have been better to show off the results. I'll definitely buy this machine.

you wont burn through paint with a DA its near impossible

carefull of the edges or you will burn the paint! good results but surley you dont need to stay that long on that one spot when using a buffer?
